Pretty antique diamond engagement ring. Three diamonds are set into a lovely and ornately engraved platinum top. The centre diamond is set in a diamond shape with four faceted beads of platinum, two on either side, which are designed to look like diamonds. At the ends, the ring tapers down toward the shoulder and further diamond is set into a narrow marquise shape. Subtle milgrain beading criss crosses the top of this ring. The edges are ruffled in shape, arching around the diamonds and beads. Circa 1910s - 1930s, British in origin.

Diamonds: 3, single / eight cut, approx 0.02 carats total weight.

Marked 9ct Plat. This ring is mostly 9 carat yellow gold with the diamonds set into a platinum top.

Measures 5.68 mm wide and rises 2.67 mm tall off the finger.
