Classic diamond stud earrings set in 18 carat white gold basket style settings. Sometimes I end up with bits of vintage jewellery which are beyond repair. We normally just set the pieces aside until it can be used for a repair or until inspiration strikes. These diamonds were taken from a broken 1930s filigree bracelet. The diamonds have been matched up into pairs and set in a modern 18 carat white gold settings. These diamond studs are four prong basket settings with scroll style backs.

Diamonds: weighed as 0.20 carats together, 2.9 mm each, approx H - I colour, SI clarity.

Hallmarked as 18 carat white gold.

The settings, post backs, and scroll are brand new. In keeping with EU regulations the modern white gold settings are nickel free.
