Vintage diamond stud earrings in a buttercup style mounting. These earrings hold a small single cut diamond set within a star design. The base is wider than the top, swooping up to create a flower. The space between the claws is curved and reflects light back to the viewer making the studs appear shiny and more blingy. Circa mid 20th century, British in origin.

Diamonds: 2 total, approx 1.7 mm each to total 0.03 carats together.

Hallmarked for 9 carat gold, London assay office, date letter for 1975.

Measures approx 6.95 mm wide by 4.60 mm deep. Posts are on the slightly shorter side at 8.20 mm long, normal posts are closer to 10 - 10.5 mm in length.

Weigh 1.7 grams together.
