Art Deco diamond engagement ring. This ring is a stunner! Two diamonds are set in the middle, stacked one above the other going up the finger. The centre diamonds are bezel set in a platinum top and lined in a milgrain beaded edge. On either side is a single bead set diamond. The entire top of this ring is lined in milgrain giving it a wonderful glittery look. The diamonds are set in platinum and the undercarriage and band of this ring are 18 carat yellow gold. Circa 1915 - 1920s, British in origin.

Marked for the maker S. Blanckensee & Son Ltd, a British jeweller in business from the mid-1800s.
