Art Nouveau French sterling silver long guard chain. This chain is designed as simple trace link with large pansy flower blossoms spaced evenly throughout the length. Each of the floral links has a single blossom with the leaves forming a design At one end of this chain is a small dog clip and the other is a small jump ring. The small fittings are unobtrusive making this chain easy to wear alone. It's long enough to wear tripled. Circa 1910s, French in origin.

Marked on the terminating jump ring with French marks and tested as sterling silver.

Measures approx 145 cm / 57 inches long, and is 7.15 mm wide at flowers and 2.8 mm wide at chain.
