White sapphire engagement ring set in yellow gold and platinum dating to the Art Deco era. Thirteen bright white sapphires are set into a cluster on top of the finger. The centre section of the ring is outlined in delicate milgrain beading with straight edges. The outer white sapphires are set into a more frilly shape and the entire outside edge of the sapphires is scalloped. The white sapphire are beautiful! They will, of course, sparkle differently than diamonds, but do sparkle wonderfully and have a lovely look. Circa 1920s, British in origin.

Sapphires: 13, white, round cut, each measures approx 1.4 mm.
