Beautiful Art Deco sapphire and diamond engagement ring. A dark blue rectangular shaped, step cut sapphire is bezel set into a platinum top. The edges of the sapphire's setting are lined in milgrain beading. Around the edges are 10 pave / bead set eight cut diamonds. The scalloped edge halo dips in and out between each diamond. The gemstones are set into a platinum top and the shank is a bright and polished 18 carat yellow gold narrow band. Circa 1920s, British in origin.

Sapphire: dark blue, rectangular step cut in shape. Approx 5.2 mm by 3.2 mm and calculated in setting as 0.35 carats.

Diamonds: 10, eight cut, approx 0.15 carats total weight.

Marked 18ct & PLAT. This ring is mostly 18 carat yellow gold with the gemstones set into a platinum top.

Size: UK - P; US - 8; EU - 18. This ring can be sized down to K.5 / 5.5 and up to U / 10. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures 9.2 mm by 8 mm and rises 3.45 mm tall off the finger.
