Wonderful asymmetrically designed four stone diamond ring dating to the early 20th century. The largest two diamonds are set in a tilted oval shape to the centre. Little curved designed shoulders, each set with a diamond, reach around the oval in a swirl style shape. The top where the diamonds are set is lined in very fine, delicate milgrain beading. The diamonds are set into a platinum top which narrows at the band with a small ridged design flowing to an 18 carat yellow gold band. Circa 1910s - 1920s, British in origin.
Diamonds: 4, single cut, approx 0.09 carats total weight.
Markings worn, legible as 18ct PLAT. This ring is 18 carat yellow gold with the diamonds set into a platinum top.
Size: UK - Q; US - 8 1/4; EU - 18.3. This ring can be sized down to N / 6.75 and up to R.5 / 9. Sizing is available for an additional fee.
Measures 6.22 mm wide and stands 3.15 mm tall off the finger.
