Art Deco diamond engagement ring dating to the 1920s. This single stone ring is set with an old cut diamond in the centre of an engraved star. The engraved top of this ring is beautiful. A circle of milgrain beading frames the engraving with a trio of beads set to the north, south, east and west. This ring sits a bit higher than other Art Deco pieces. We like that because it's still low profile and comfortable to wear, but the height also allows it pair with a band a bit more easily. Circa 1920s, British in origin.
