A dazzling Art Deco crystal necklace! A large clear crystal drop hangs from a necklace which is studded with alternating square and round crystals. Each stone is set in an open backed setting which really lets the crystals shine. The back half of the chain is unadorned. A great flapper era piece that would look exceptational with a wedding dress. Circa 1920s.

The clasp is marked platinin. I'm having some trouble finding information on it, but it seems to be a silver toned metal which was made to look like platinum and was in use during the Art Deco era, especially in contintenial Europe.

The large crystal drop measures 1.9 cm long.
Drop dangles 3.8 cm / 1.5 inches from the chain.
Length of necklace is 40 cm / 15.75 inches long.
