Great antique Victorian long 15 carat gold chain. This chain is made up of interconnecting round double wide links with a ridged design on them. Both ends of this chain are secured to a dog clip which is in good working order. The links are heavy and the ridged design is interesting. This chain is long enough to wear doubled, and dated to the mid to late Victorian era, circa 1870s - 1890s and European in origin.

Marked as 15 on the dog clip as well as on the tag on the chain. Tested as 15 carat throughout.

Chain measures approx 52 cm / 20.5 inches doubled, which is 104 cm / 41 inches long if it could be opened, plus dog clip, and is 3.26 mm wide at widest point.

Weighs 26.3 grams.
