Antique sterling silver curb chain dating to the early 20th century. This chunky chain would have originally been crafted in a longer length, perhaps as an Albert or watch chain. Each of the links has been stamped with the lion for sterling silver. This 115 year old chain has been shortened to form a lovely and very wearable bracelet. One of the ends is what appears to be the original dog clip and other end is a large jump ring. This is a chunkier curb link and worn alone it's a substantial look or it could easily be stacking with other bracelets and bangles. Circa early 20th, British in origin.
Hallmarked on the dog clip, date letter for 1905. Stamped with the lion on each link.
Measures approx 19 cm / 7.5 inches wearable length. Curb links are 6.1 mm wide.
Weighs 18.7 grams.
