Antique opal necklace dating to the early 20th century. Opal cabochons are bezel set into sterling silver open backed setting. Each opal setting is joined with a small jump ring and this opal chain secures with an spring bolt clasp. Circa 1900s - 1920s.

Opals: cabochon cut, approx 6 mm without bezel.

Not marked, tested as sterling silver. Clasp is likely a replacement.

Measures 64 cm / 25.2 inches long and is approx 7.3 mm wide.
