Old European Cut Diamond Line Pendant, Antique Conversion 18ct & Platinum.

Antique diamond earrings. Sparkly antique old European diamonds are set at the base of an oblong link drop. These look like exclamation points, easily my favourite punctuation! The tops are platinum making these mostly face up white, which the back and majority of the earring is 18 carat yellow gold. The use of negative space is beautiful and the combination of the shine of the gold and platinum and the sparkle of the diamond makes these look so elegant with any outfit. Circa early 20th century diamonds and mountings, modern conversion.
In very good condition. These are a conversion from a line brooch, we've added matching posts and scroll backs to update them and make them wearable.
Diamonds: two total, old European cut, each measuring approx 3.60 mm to 3.75 mm and calculated as 0.40 carats together, H / I colour, one diamond SI1 / SI2 as calculated within the limits of the mounting.
Marked 750 for 18 carat gold on the scroll backs, professionally tested and assessed as 18 carat throughout with the very top edges of the front in platinum.
Measure approx 21.6 mm / 0.85 inches in length, by 4.3 mm at widest point.
Weighs 2.35 grams total, approx 1.1 - 1.2 grams each.
