Classic antique curb link watch chain crafted in sterling silver. This is a lovely chain of the same width all the way around. Originally designed as a gentlemen's watch chain, today these are more commonly worn by women as a single strand necklace or a double stand bracelet. The dog clip clasp does not swivel and is a good size at 23 mm / 0.91 inches long. Circa early 20th century, British in origin.
In very good condition with some rubbing to the hallmarks in keeping with age and use.
Hallmarked on the dog clip for sterling silver, 1910. There is the lion passant - the British mark for sterling silver - on each link
Measures approx 45.5 cm / 18 inches in wearable length. Links measure approx 6.3 mm wide.
