Antique 18 carat gold knot ring. This is simply the most wonderful knot ring! It's hefty, made in 18 carat yellow gold, and the texturing detail is in beautiful condition! Smooth and shiny gold wires loop, wrapping around and through heavily adorned wires with a textured design to make an intricate knotted pattern. The shank continues on forming a double wired design at the back. This ring has some great presence, it's quite the ring! Circa 1900, Edwardian era.

In very good condition. The interior has a personal inscription reading "Dr. Kerr".

Hallmarked for 18 carat gold. The hallmarks are bit rubbed though we found a second stamp with a date letter "e" helping us to date this ring to 1900!

Size: UK - S.5; US - 9.5; EU - 19,3. This ring can be sized between O / 7.25 / 17,5 and W / 11 / 20,5. When resizing, the hallmarks, which are rubbed, would remain intact though the maker or personal inscription would be lost. Resizing available for an additional fee.

Measures approx 13.9 mm wide by 3.8 mm deep at knot, band is 4.25 mm wide at back centre.
