This is a sweet solitaire diamond engagement ring dating to the early 20th century. A single old cut diamond is set in a square, frame style setting which is decorated with an engraved, beaded design. Fine rows of miligrain beading separate the four sections of beaded detail. Cathedral shaped shoulders slope up the diamond. The diamond is set in platinum and the shoulders are topped in platinum. The back of this band is yellow gold. Circa 1910s - 1920s, British in origin.

Diamond: 1 old mine cut, approx 0.09 carats, 2.6 mm, J - K colour, SI clarity.

Hallmarked 18ct Plat and tested as such.

Size: UK - L 1/2; US - 6; EU - 52. Sizing available for an additional fee.  INCLUDES RESIZING TO O.5 (O 1/2).

Measures 5.56 mm wide and sits 4.3 mm tall.
