Long snake chain long guard chain in 800 silver. This chain has a lovely feel to it. The woven style snake chain is smooth and sleek, very tactile. This chain is a narrow width and features a decorative, engraved slider. The slider is engraved with a scroll design in the middle and a beaded pattern along the top and bottom edges.

This chain does not open, both ends are fastened to a dog clip which swivels and is in good working order. This chain dates to the early to mid 20th century and is European in origin.

Marked 800 on the end of the chain and the chain tests as 800 silver throughout.

Measures approx 62 cm / 24.3 inches doubled which is about 124 cm / 48.6 inches if the chain could be opened. The chain is approx 1.2 mm wide.
