Classic diamond engagement ring set in 18 carat gold. This Art Deco style engagement ring contains a round brilliant cut diamond set into eight claw. Each engraved shoulder is lined in milgrain beading and is set with three single cut / eight cut diamonds in a white gold setting. The yellow gold band is D shape in profile. This engagement ring is a classic, one which has been fashionable for the last century. Circa 1980s, British in origin.

Diamonds: centre round brilliant measures approx 4.35 mm and is estimated in setting as 0.30 carats, I colour, VS2 clarity. 6 eight cut / single cut accent diamonds total approx 0.08 carats together.
Total diamond weight, calculated as setting permits is 0.38.

Hallmarked for 18 carat gold, assayed in Sheffield, 1988.
