Lovely late Victorian turquoise and seed pearl ring. This ring has been crafted in navette shape, elongated up the finger in a narrow and elegant design. The centre is set with a small round turquoise framed by ivory coloured seed pearls. The top of this ring has a grooved star-burst pattern on the back side. The band is plain with a ridged detail near the top and a split shank design which goes perfectly with the navette shape. Late Victorian, 1880s - 1900s, British in origin.

Turquoise: approx 2.7 mm.

Seed pearls: 16, approx 1.5 mm each.

Hallmarked for 15 carat gold, assay office marks present but illegible. Any other hallmarks lost due to wear or previous resizing.

Measures 13.3 mm by 6.3 mm and rises 4.2 mm tall off the finger.
