We ship from London, England and aim to ship within three days. Shipping transit times depend on the country the item is being shipped to. Customs, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that the UK has left the EU and VAT, taxes and duties may be collected by EU countries from 1st January 2021. Each country has different rules on what can be imported and any fees associated with importing. If you need assistance in figuring out any of your country's import regulations or fees please contact us. Sales may be cancelled if the goods are not permitted to be imported to your country. We reserve the right to change the chosen shipping method for any reason.

We normally ship via Royal Mail and DHL. Please note that due to Covid-19 items are taking substantially longer in shipment at present.

Shipping times are not exact and will vary depending on customs, security, weather, holidays, strikes, and other factors beyond our control. If you are in doubt as to whether your jewellery item will make it to you for your event please contact us. We want to make sure that your piece arrives safely and on time. Please make sure that your address is correct. Any items which are returned due to an incorrect address will be re-posted at the buyer's expense. If the buyer no longer wants the returned item, the cost of the item, but not the postage or payment processing fees will be refunded.

All shipping methods we use are fully insured, tracked and most require a signature upon delivery. This means that shipping is extremely secure and reliable, but it also means we are generally unable to post to PO Boxes. We ship to the billing address if paying by card and to the address on Paypal if payment is made through Paypal.

If your item is delayed or lost we will follow our carrier's, Royal Mail's or DHL's, policies and procedures regarding length of time before we can file a formal query. With Royal Mail this is normally 25 business days after posting for them to start formally searching for the missing item.
