Vintage 9ct gold buckle ring. This 80 year old ring is of medium width and is designed as a buckle. The heavy court fit is rounded on the inside and has a domed exterior. Buckles symbolise strength and loyalty, of binding together. The sides of this ring show some wear as though it has been worn as part of a stack or wedding set. Circa 1930s, British in origin.

Fully hallmarked for 9 carat gold, assayed in London, 1937.
