Antique 22 carat gold wedding ring set with turquoise. This ring started it's life as a plain gold 22 carat band. At some point, someone loved it enough that wished to keep it but add a little something extra to it. They set it with three turquoise, graduated in size. The turquoise are set in little bezel / rub over setting on top of the band and glued for extra security. We think this is a sweet little ring and makes an excellent stacking band! Circa 1880s, British in origin.

Hallmarked for 22 carat gold, assayed in Birmingham, 1885.

Size: UK - L 1/2; US - 6; EU - 16 1/2. Measurements taken from the leading edge. It's a wider ring and may require a slightly larger size than a narrower ring. We do not recommend resizing this ring.

Measures approx 4.2 mm wide and gemstones stands 2.9 mm tall.
