Antique French silver long guard chain. Long paper clip shape oval links alternate with fancy circle shape links. The contrast between the two link designs sets them off. Both ends of this chain are attached to a large jump ring which is attached to a spring bolt clasp. This chain is easily be worn doubled and layered with other pieces. Circa early 1900s, French in origin.

Not stamped. Tested and assessed as sterling silver.

Measures approx 120 cm / 47 inches long and is approx 5.05 mm wide.
