Pear shaped diamond cluster necklace crafted in platinum. This one has stolen my heart! A quarter carat pear cut diamond is set in a halo of diamonds. The halo of diamonds is graduated in shape, following the shape of the pear cut diamond, with slightly larger diamonds at the curved bottom and smaller diamonds at the pointed top. The pendant is stationary on a platinum trace chain with a bezel set diamond on either side. On me the diamond cluster sits right below the jugular notch with the bezel set diamonds at the clavicle. Diamonds: 11 total. Pear shape is approx 5 mm by 3.5 mm and calculated as 0.25 carats, I colour, SI1 clarity within the limits of the mounting. 3 diamonds at approx 2.4 mm, 6 diamonds at approx 2.3 mm, 1 diamond at approx 2 mm, H / I colour, VS2 / SI1 clarity. Total as calculated within the limits of the mounting is 0.70 carat.

Hallmarked on the chain as platinum, date letter for 1979.

Pendant measures approx 12 mm tall not including the bail by 8.5 mm wide. Chain measures approx 44.5 cm / 17.5 inches long by 1.2 mm wide.
