Timeless and classic solitaire diamond engagement. A sparkly transitional cut diamond is held by eight fine claw prongs. The crown style collet is accented by a pinched, tapered shank which widens to a D shape profile at the back. This style is classic and keeps the focus on the diamond which has a small open culet and very good sparkle. The top of the mounting near the diamond is topped in platinum giving this ring a subtle two-tone look and the small white claws blend into the diamond making it appear as though it's floating above it's tapered setting. Circa 1930s - 1940s, British in origin.

Diamond: transitional cut, measures approx 4.7 mm, calculated in setting as 0.36 carats, I / J colour, VS clarity. Graded within mounting as setting permits.

Stamped 18ct & PT. Professionally tested as 18 carat gold with platinum claws.

Size: UK - O.5; US - 7.5; EU - 17,5. Sizing available for an additional fee. This ring can be resized several sizes larger or smaller.

Measures approx 5.2 mm wide at diamond, band is 1.95 mm, and diamond rises 4.3 mm tall.

Weighs 1.95 grams.
