Victorian decorative sterling silver tassel for a fob or chain. This tassel has a domed top which is decorated with a six pointed star design. Between each of the points is a bunched tassel shape. A beaded edge lines the top, widest point and bottom edge. Swinging freely from the bottom are six snake or foxtail strands, each one finished with a silver bead at the end. These little beauties were worn on a watch chain or Albertina and make great charms, Circa late 1800s.

Not hallmarked, tested as sterling silver.

Measures approx 4.62 cm / 1.82 inches long and 11.8 mm at widest point.
