Antique lover's knot bracelet crafted in 9 carat gold. This bracelet is designed as two intertwined knots. A smaller infinity design knot is intricately engraved in contrast to shiny sailor's knot. The sailor's knot continues to on to form the backside of this bracelet while the infinity design is looped inside the sailor's knot at the top of the wrist. The gold wires are hallow form and this bracelet is oval in shape so that the knot design stays at the top of the wrist. This bangle bracelet snaps shut with a tongue in groove style clasp which closes with a pleasant audible click. An attached safety chain is present for piece of mind. Circa 1880s, British in origin.

Small repair by the hinge on the back side, directly opposite the hallmark. Does not notice when worn or effect usage.

Hallmarked in two places, one rubbed, other clear for 9 carat gold, date letter for 1881.

Measures 5.7 cm / 2.25 inches by 4.67 cm / 1.85 inches in diameter. Inside circumference is 17 cm / 6.69 inches.

Measures approx 18.5 mm wide at front and rises 8.4 mm tall off the wrist.

Weighs 9.95 grams.
