Antique fancy link chain dating to the late 19th century. Five long pierced links which are twisted in shape are evenly spaced around this chain. These links alternate with square shaped puffed links which are pierced with a small shape. This Victorian chain closes with a barrel clasp which is tight and secures with a lovely clicking sound. Circa late Victorian era, 1880s, British in origin.

Not hallmarked. There is a very worn mark on the barrel clasp. Professionally tested and assessed as 9 carat gold.

Measures approx 41 cm / 16.25 inches in wearable length by 2.95 mm wide.
