Vintage diamond engagement ring dating to the Art Deco era. The mounting of this ring is gorgeous! A round brilliant cut diamond is enclosed in a square shaped top. Trailing down the sides are diamonds in a geometric style pattern. The accent diamonds are outlined in milgrain beading. From the side the accent diamonds set in the shoulders are stepped with the centre stone in curved design claws. The diamonds are set into white metal, tested platinum, on a narrow gold band. Circa 1930s.

Diamonds: 7 total. Centre round brilliant cut of approx 2.9 mm, 0.10 carats, I / J colour, SI1 clarity. 6 single cut accent diamonds total approx 0.08 carats as estimated within the limits of the mounting.

Stamped 14K PLAT, professionally tested and assessed as 14 carat gold with the diamonds set into a platinum top.
