Art Deco emerald and diamond engagement ring. This is a stunning circa 1920s piece. Set into the top is a rectangular shape, step cut emerald. The emerald is accented with four bead set single cut diamonds to the north, south, east and west. The offset diamonds give this ring a bit of interest and create a geometric shape on the finger. The band of this ring is wide and flat near the top, rounding to a D shape profile at the back. Circa 1920s, British in origin.

Emerald: rectangular shape, step cut. Measures approx 2.7 mm by 2.1 mm.

Diamonds: 4, single cut, total approx 0.08 carats.

Stamped 18ct & PLAT. Professionally tested and assessed as 18 carat yellow gold with the gemstones set into a platinum top. There is also a maker's mark of S.B.&S.Ld.

Size: UK - M; US - 6.25; EU - 16,75. This ring can be sized between K / 5.3 / 16 and Q.5 / 8.5 / 18,5. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures approx 9.55 mm wide by 3 mm deep on top. 1.8 mm band at back centre.
