Gorgeous and classic single stone diamond engagement ring. Eight little claws house the most perfect old cut diamond. The narrow band slopes up to greet the diamond and pinches in, making the diamond look larger on the finger. This is a dainty ring with a nice, sturdy band which show little sign of wear. The higher set diamond and more substantial shank allow this ring to sit nicely next to a wedding band. Circa 1930s - 1940s, British in origin.

Diamond: old European cut, approx 3.25 mm, 0.15 carats, G / H colour, VS clarity as calculated within the limits of the mounting.

Stamped PLAT 18c. Professionally tested and assessed as 18 carat gold. The gold is yellow in colour.

Size: UK - N; US - 6.5; EU - 17. This ring can be sized several sizes smaller or larger. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures approx 3.9 mm wide by 4.75 mm deep at diamond. 1.9 mm band.
