1940s baguette diamond wedding ring. This platinum band hold ten vertically north to south set diamonds. The diamonds are straight cut baguettes housed close together in half bezel settings. The combination of the simple setting and the step cut diamonds makes a stunning hall of mirrors effect. The strong lines are reflected in the wide flat shoulders and the squared profile of the shank. Circa 1940s.

Diamonds: 10, straight cut baguettes, calculated in setting as 0.55 carats, G / H colour colour, VS clarity.

Stamps faded by legible, 10% IRID PLAT LB. Professionally tested and assessed as platinum, the LB is probably a maker's mark.

Size: UK - O 1/2; US - 7 1/2; EU - 17 3/4. A solder line can be seen at the back centre. This ring can be sized between M.5 / 6.5 and R / 8.75. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures approx 3.9 mm wide at top, 3.7 mm at shoulders tapering to 1.9 mm at back centre. 3.15 mm tall off the finger at front centre.
