Filigree diamond engagement ring. This circa 1930s ring is set with a single old mine cut diamond. The diamond is set down into a hexagonal shape top. The shoulder of the mounting slope up to the diamond and are heavily engraved with a leaf design. Under the top is a foliate pierced filigree design. This ring has stunning filigree and engraving and is heavily tapered in style, wide at the top narrowing dramatical down the finger to the back. The engraving is about 40% of the way around this ring. Circa 1930s, North American in origin.

Diamond: old mine cut, approx 2.4 mm, calculated in setting at 0.05 carats.

Not hallmarked, professionally tested and assessed as 14 carat gold.

Size: UK - N 1/2; US - 7; EU - 54,5. This ring can be sized between L.5 / 6 / 52 and O.5 / 7.5 / 55,5. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures approx 8 mm wide and stands 5.8 mm tall off the finger. Band is a slender 1.05 mm wide at band as is typical of Art Deco pieces.

Weighs 1.75 grams.
