Vintage 22 carat gold wedding ring dating to the mid 20th century. This ring is crafted from bright 22 carat gold and accented in platinum. It's designed as a 16 sided shape with alternating platinum and 22 carat gold sections. The flat platinum topped sections are engraved with a couple of flower blossom and the gold sections are lightly domed, forming higher peak around this band. This is a low profile ring. Circa 1950s, British in origin.
Hallmarked for 22 carat gold, assayed in Birmingham, 1954. There is also a maker's mark for Charles Green & Son, a British jeweller in business since the 1820s.
Size: UK - M.5; US - 6.5; EU - 16,8. This ring is not suitable for resizing.
Measures approx 2.85 mm wide by 1 mm deep.
Weighs 2.45 grams.
