Vintage emerald and diamond eternity ring. This full hoop ring is set with 10 carre cut emerald and 10 diamonds. The gemstones are set into pairs, alternating around the circumference of this band. The square step cut, or carre cut, emeralds are channel set and the round brilliant cut diamonds are bead set. A fine row of milgrain beading lines the edges of the gemstones. Along the sides is a exquisite engraved design. Circa mid 20th century, 1950s to 1970s.
Emeralds: 10, square step / carre cut, approx 2.5 - 2.6 mm each.
Diamonds: 10, round brilliant cut, approx 0.42 carats as calculated within the limits of the mounting.
Not hallmarked, professionally tested and assessed as 18 carat gold.
Size: UK - M; US - 6 1/4; EU - 16.7. This ring cannot be resized.
Measures 4.05 mm wide by 2.4 mm deep.
Weighs 5.3 grams.
