Emerald and diamond three stone engagement ring. This late Art Deco to mid 20th century ring is lovely! Bezel set with a bright green step cut emerald in the centre which is framed by a single row of milgrain beading. Flanking the emerald are single cut diamonds in a flattering illusion style design. The engraved shoulders slope away from the top, leading to a D profile gold band. Circa mid 1930s - 1940s.
Emerald: square step cut, approx 3.2 mm by 3.35 mm, as measured within the limits of the mounting.
Diamonds: 2 single cut, approx 0.03 carats together.
Not hallmarked, professionally tested and assessed as 18 carat gold. This ring has probably been reshanked.
Size: UK - M 1/2; US - 6 1/2; EU - 53. This ring can be sized between I.5 / 4.5 / 48 and P.5 / 8 / 57. Sizing available for an additional fee.
Measures approx 4 mm wide and rises 4.5 mm tall off the finger.
