Diamond single stone engagement ring dating to the mid 20th century. A half carat round brilliant cut diamond is set in frilly edged six claw mounting. Engraved shoulders are designed as a twist ribbon and engraved with a beaded pattern. The view from the side is just as nice! Scrolls and swirls of white gold curve up to the diamond which is held in a subtle heart style collet. The diamond is bright and the design is lovely on the top of the finger. A slender band completes this ring. Circa 1940s - 1950s.

Diamond: measures approx 5.50 mm and is calculated in setting as 0.52 carats, J / K colour, I1 clarity. The grade making inclusion is a white feather under the table, near the culet.

Not hallmarked, professionally tested and assessed as 14 carat white gold.

Size: UK - Q.5; US - 8.5; EU - 18,5. This ring can be sized between L / 5.75 / 16,3 and S / 9.25 / 19. Sizing available for an additional fee.
