Art Deco sapphire and diamond ring. A row of rectangle cut blue sapphires is channel set at an angle down the centre of this ring. To the bottom and bottom are three bead set diamonds, graduated in size, with an engraved beaded design at the narrowest section. The gemstones are set into a platinum top and the rest of this ring is 18 carat gold. The flat edges of this ring means it sits nicely with another band and it'd make an unique engagement ring or wedding ring. Circa 1920s - 1930s, British in origin.

Sapphires: 6, rectangle shape, step cut, approx 2 mm by 1.5 mm each. One sapphire has a chipped corner.

Diamonds: 6, eight cut / single cut, approx 0.12 carats total diamond weight.

Marked 18ct PLAT. This ring is 18 carat gold with the gemstones set into a platinum top. The top of the band is yellow gold and this ring has been reshanked in rose gold in the past. This cannot be seen when the ring is being worn.

Size: UK - L; US - 5 3/4; EU - 16.3. This ring cannot be made any smaller. It may be sized up to Q / 8.25 / 18.25. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures 4.95 mm by 14 mm and stands 2.35 mm tall off the finger.
