Victorian pierced design dangle earrings. These long earrings are incredibly ornate. The pierced ear wire has a sphere at the bottom from which a three sided geometric shape hangs. This part is pierced with the same rustic foliate design on all three sides. From this is a love knot shape of rings which surround a large sphere. Circa late Victorian 1880s - 1900.

These earrings have been worn. There are dents to the sphere and the rings around the sphere are not perfectly round.

Not hallmarked, tested and assessed as 9 carat gold.

Measure 5.8 cm / 2.28 inches long and are 1.12 cm / 0.44 inches at widest point.

Weigh 4.85 grams.
