Antique sapphire and old mine cut diamond three stone ring. This beautiful ring is set with a blue oval cut sapphire flanked with old mine cut diamonds. The three gemstones are set into a tapered setting at an angle across the finger. The gold band comes up, tapering and curving to hug the gem set top of this ring. Each of the gemstones is sizeable, having a nice impact. Triple bead style claws secure the sapphire and diamonds. Between each of the gemstones is a single row of milgrain beading. Circa 1900 - 1910, British in origin.

Sapphire: oval cut, estimated in setting as 0.20 carats.

Diamonds: 2, old mine cut, approx 0.12 carats together.

Stamped 18ct & PLAT. This ring is tested and assessed as mostly 18 carat gold with the gemstones set into a platinum top.

Size: UK - M 1/2; US - 6 1/2; EU - 16.9. This ring can be sized down to L / 5.9 and made several sizes larger. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures approx 8.8 mm wide and stands approx 3.35 mm tall off the finger.
