Antique 9 carat rose gold keeper ring dating to the early 20th century. The top section of this ring is formed of gold wires plaited or braided into a wide pattern. The pattern is wider with the plait going both ways. Where the design crosses are little golden balls. The design is on top of the finger with a plain medium width D shape profile band at the back. Circa 1910s, British in origin.
Fully hallmarked for 9 carat gold, assayed in Birmingham, date letter for 1913.
