Antique diamond engagement ring. Five blue sapphires and old mine cut diamonds are graduated in size. The gemstones are set into platinum topped crimped edged settings across the top of the finger. There is a gentle curved to the stones, following the shape of the finger. A narrow band is pinched at the shoulders widening to a D shape profile at the back. Circa 1880s.

Sapphires: 3 round cut, blue in colour, approx 0.09 carats total weight, calculated within the limits of the setting.

Diamonds: 2, old mine cut, approx 0.08 carat weight, calculated within the limits of the setting.

Stamped 18ct PLAT, professionally tested as 18 carat gold with the diamonds set into a platinum top.

Size: UK - N 1/2; US - 7; EU - 17 1/4. This ring can be sized between L / 5.75 and S.5 / 9.5. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures approx 4.65 mm by 16.3 mm on top, and rises 4.05 mm tall off the finger.
