Antique old mine cut diamond engagement ring. A lovely chunky old mine cut diamond is set into a four claw setting. This late 1800s diamond has a very small table and a steep crown. The large open culet reflects in the crown creating a kozibe effect which is visible under magnification. Flanking the centre diamond are bezel set straight cut baguettes. The centre diamond dates to the late 19th century and the setting dates to circa 1930s.

Diamonds: old mine cut, approx 4.2mm and calculated in setting as 0.35 carats, I colour / SI1 clarity. Straight cut baguettes total approx 0.06 carats together.

Stamped 18ct. Professionally tested and assessed as 18 carat gold.
