Sweet antique heart pendant crafted in 9 carat rose gold. This heart charm is inset with a tiny rose cut diamonds set within an engraved starburst design at the top. This heart has plenty of space on both the front and back to engraved a sentiment if the wearer chooses. This sweet piece has a small bail on top and is ready to add to your chain. Circa 1910s pendant, British in origin. Modern chain.

Fully hallmarked for 9 carat gold, assayed in Birmingham, 1911.
