Mid 20th century two-tone diamond wedding ring. This ring is set with five single cut diamonds in platinum square shaped settings with a milgrain beaded edge. Between each of the diamonds is a curl of yellow gold which is divided with little engraved ridges. The design covers the top of the finger with a plain band to the back side. This ring contains the maker's mark for Charles Green & Son, an English jeweller who has been in business for nearly 200 years. This particular piece dates to the mid 20th century, British in origin.
Diamonds: 5, single cut, approx 0.08 carats as estimated within the limits of the mounting.
Stamped 18ct & Pt, professionally tested and assessed as 18 carat gold with platinum top parts.
Size: UK -K; US - 5 1/4; EU - 15.9. This ring cannot be made any smaller and can be resized up to N / 6.75 / 17.2. Sizing available for an additional fee.
Measures approx 2.8 mm wide tapering to 2.05 mm at back, stands 1.8 mm deep at top centre.
