Pretty diamond single stone engagement ring dating to the late Art Deco era. This ring features a round brilliant cut diamond set in a square shaped platinum top. On either side the setting is engraved in a leaf shaped design with faceted beads in each leaf. Beneath the leaf design, down the setting, is an engraved ridged design. Circa 1940s, British in origin.

Diamond: round brilliant, approx 2.3 mm, calculated in setting as 0.05 carats.

Hallmarked 18ct & Plat. This ring is 18 carat yellow gold with the diamond set into a platinum top.
