Beautiful traditional vintage diamond engagement ring. A centre 0.50 carat round brilliant cut diamond is set in 18 carat white gold claws. Sloping gracefully down either side of the setting are three bead set single / eight cut diamonds. The accent diamonds are set in a tapered style setting which narrows as it reaches the centre diamond. The 18 carat yellow gold band is domed in shape and unadorned. Circa 1940s - 1950s, British in origin.

Diamonds: 7 total. Centre round brilliant cut diamond is approx 5.3 mm and calculated in setting as 0.50 carats, J / K colour, I1 clarity. Six single cut accent diamonds total approx 0.06 carats together.
Total carat weight is 0.56 carats, calculated as setting permits.

Hallmarked for 18 carat gold. This ring has been rehallmarked and has a set of more modern hallmarks dating to the 1980s, based on the diamond cut this ring is thought to date earlier, circa 1950s.

Size: UK - K; US - 5.3; EU - 16. This ring can be sized down to I / 4.3 or made several sizes larger. Sizing available for an additional fee.

Measures 5.85 mm wide and rises 5.7 mm tall off the finger.
