Victorian decorative sterling silver tassel for a fob or chain. This tassel has a domed top which is decorated with a ridged design. Around the top edges is a lined detail. Swinging freely from the bottom are six snake or foxtail strands, each one finished with a silver bead at the end. These little beauties were worn on a watch chain or Albertina and make great charms, Circa late 1800s.

Not hallmarked, tested as sterling silver.
