Vintage three stone pink sapphire and diamond engagement ring. This two tone 18 carat white and yellow gold ring is set with a pretty pink sapphire in the centre. Flanking the sapphire are illusion set single cut diamonds. The mounting is shaped into a leaf which is lined in a double row of milgrain beading. The D shape shank is yellow gold. Circa 1960s, British in origin.

Sapphire: pink, round brilliant cut, approx 4.25 mm, 0.20 carats as calculated within the limits of the mounting.

Diamonds: 2, single cut, approx 0.04 carats together.

Hallmarked for 18 carat gold, assayed in Birmingham, 1967.

Size: UK - K; US - 5 1/4; EU - 16. This ring can be sized between J / 4.75 and Q / 8.25.

Measures approx 5 mm wide by 4.25 mm tall off the finger.

Weighs 2.65 grams.
